We specialize in coordinating projects from inception to completion, alleviating the burdens faced by landlords and property professionals.
Covering Nottingham, Derby and Leicester, we can arrange planned work short or long-term and dedicate our efforts to bigger projects.
Reactive work is located only in the Nottingham area.
Once a job has been approved we will manage the job from start to finish and co ordinate all the contractors. Communicate with relevant people for colour choices - product choices - We will also provide advice around product choices and work within the budget approved.
Working with Insurers and Brokers that sub contract, we negotiate a tender that allows us to work within a claim.
We acknowledge for the policy holder that a claim can be very difficult and thematic. As it can be loss of personal belonging ect so we will spend time with the policy holder allowing them time for product choice within the allocated spend agreed. Focusing on customer service, efficient time scheduling and meeting the budget agreed.
Insurance Work
Working with landlords/homeowners we have provided services that have developed great working relationships and reputation. Some of our clients live internationally with assets in the UK and contract us to carry out work through clear communication and have open trust in the service we provide without having to physically be present to see it.

Private Landlords/Homeowners
We have worked with one major block management company alongside many private landlords with student let properties. With experience, we have advised new landlords on industry tips regarding common student let maintenance saving them money and time. Moreover, we are familiar with the environment typical of end of contract in these properties and efficient in working within a timeframe to get the property back up to letting standards ready for new term and tenants.
